I'm pretty proud of this one. Got stuck on the bugger a few times. Most of the scale brushes that I used I made myself, which is new to me.
I've stared at this so long I don't know if I'm picking out mistakes very well, so give me good feedback!

Nice work here! The lightning gives Mr. Dragon here a creepy atmosphere, and the chameleon-like structure is an interesting take that I don't see too often! Kudos!
